System "Consensus-2" for distributed collecting of expert information for DSSs

WebSystem "Consensus-2" is intended for conducting expert evaluations by distributed expert groups with the further use of collected and processed information in decision-support systems (DSSs). The system implements the technology of constructing problem-oriented target knowledge databases for weakly structured subject domains.

With the help of the system, a distributed construction of the knowledge base (KB) network-type is carried out for further use in the DSS with the purpose of developing recommendations for decision makers (DMs).
